We can assist you with your business lunch, open house (Realtors, I’m talking to you!), sales representatives, or if you just want to entertain guests in your own home and you don’t feel like cooking or going to the grocery store (hello happy hours and house parties!). We try to accommodate late/last-minute orders, but they will be subject to availability. Orders placed after 4pm the day before the event are subject to availability.

What events do you service?

We do offer wedding accommodations as well.

Will you provide plates for the order?

China and Glassware are available and tailored to your event’s needs. Prices will vary according to your selection:

  • Basic Package, which are Styrofoam plates, white plastic cutlery, napkins, and cups (if drinks are ordered)
  • VIP package includes clear plates, cutlery, white napkins for an additional $2.35 each.
  • Executive White plates with silver bands, silver plastic ware, and white napkins are an additional $3.99 each.

Rental chafers, china serving bowls, linens, tables, chairs, holiday décor, and more are available. Please let us know your needs.

Do you offer Tastings?

Yes, your event must cost a minimum of $1,500 to qualify for a tasting.     
Private tastings are $60 for two guests. Each additional attendee will be an additional $10 per person.     
There is a maximum of 5 menu items per tasting. The tasting fee is collected before or at the time of the tasting and will be applied as a credit towards your event.

What are Guarantees/Minimum Requirements?

The exact price-per-guest will be finalized and agreed to no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. This will be considered a guarantee for which you will be billed. If you have any last-minute attendees, the updated number will be accepted up to 24 hours before the event.

Axcess only prepares for the number of guests guaranteed. We will not prepare for any additions over the final number.

Minimum Event Requirements:

Monday through Thursday –$1,500

Friday or Saturday –$2,500

Sundays–$10,000

Weddings –minimum of $7000 for food and beverage

*Holidays will be on a case-by-case basis

Cancellations - Cancellation fee of 50% of the bill will be required to cover any lost revenue due to cancellation. In case of cancellation, deposits are nonrefundable

What are your menu prices?

All menu prices are subject to change without notice, based on market conditions. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or description and cancel or refuse to accept any orders based on an incorrect price or description.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, we do have a delivery fee that is calculated by the number of miles to the delivery location. The fee will be higher after 4:00 pm.

What if I want to pick up my order?

Your order may be picked up at our catering kitchen. Our staff will be happy to load your order for you into your car.

Do you provide Servers and Bartenders?

Yes! You should be able to enjoy your party without worrying about a thing. Event Staff will be charged based on your event’s specific details. Our team will do everything required to create the perfect event from start to finish.

Bartenders and event staff are $39 per hour. A minimum of TWO staff members with at least a minimum of 4 hours of service time. This includes set up and breakdown. A delivery charge and a 20% service charge will be added to your order.
